After arranging for a forensic psychologist to thoroughly evaluate our client and identifying a number of factual weaknesses in the prosecution’s case, a plea agreement was agreed upon, which resulted in the felony sex crime being dismissed in exchange for a plea to PC 242 misdemeanor battery and PC 236 felony false imprisonment.
