Obtaining Your Restricted License After 2nd DUI Conviction
At your sentencing on a 2nd DUI, the judge will order you to complete a number of penalties such as performing community service/labor, an 18 month DUI program, or attend a MADD Victims Impact Panel. Each of these terms of your 2nd DUI probation requires transportation. Ride services and taxis are not financially feasible for most of us and depending on friends or family members is a short term option at best.
