Dear Mr. Kim,
I want to thank you for all the tireless work and information you provided to us in the matter of J.C., Jr. We know God placed you in our path. We have little money but our faith is strong. We will keep you in our prayers.
I thank you again,
Dear Mr. Kim,
Thank you very much for your efforts to obtain justice for our son. There was no way that we could have compiled enough information on our son to exonerate him. Without your assistance, he might have been a casualty of the justice system instead of a success. You are a very compassionate man who is willing to go the extra mile to help your fellow man. Our son’s story could have had an unhappy ending if not for your tireless dedication. God bless you.
I don’t know if you remember me or not-M.E. (former client’s) mother- but I want to wish you a very happy holiday season. The year (2009+) that you represented my son was the most difficult year of my entire life. It brought me to my knees, literally.
You asked my son what he had learned and he didn’t respond, something else catching his eye at the time. His sister asked him later why he didn’t answer and he said he didn’t hear the question. I didn’t press him for further but it brought the question again to my mind and I asked myself what I learned. Frankly, I learned a lot and the entire experience “softened” me but it would probably take several pages to explain everything I gained so I will spare you. But, at the top of the list is that I learned there are good people in the world with integrity-you.
Your kindness, compassion, quiet demeanor, attention to detail, graciousness in addressing the entire family, and calmness made the entire experience bearable. I don’t know what would have happened to all of us if we had had to deal with an abrasive professional in this situation. We were all probably the nearest we have ever been to total collapse (not to be melodramatic at all but just true).
Thanks for being the person you are. I will never forget you and will always have an appreciation so deep every time I think of you. That year had a nightmarish, surreal quality about it and I thought it would never end or at least would never end well. I taught in the prison system for years, so I was aware injustices happen all the time and I know what happens in prisons to inmates in for crimes against children. Also, my son being a “cop”… it was the worst nightmare imaginable. Yet, through all this, I clung to your professionalism, your astuteness and your ability to work the issues. I have thought since then that you are so many people’s only hope. What an incredible responsibility. I feel for you. For us you were a lifesaver. I don’t believe it was an accident that out of all the hundreds of names on the internet that my son zeroed in on you to represent him. This was not luck. Frankly, this was power greater than all of us… love, god, whatever you want to call it. Thank you again. Oh how words are so inadequate. So many thanks for being the person you are.
We wanted to thank you so very much for representing Cory. We could not be more relieved with the outcome. We are so grateful to you and your staff. We know that you worked hard and there were many obstacles. It was a pleasure meeting you and we will definitely recommend you in the future to anyone who may be in need of you services- hopefully not “us” (bet you hear that often!). We filled out your review on AVVO and hope that brings in more business for you. Although, you seem to be extremely busy already…. Are you sure you want more work? Maybe a nice vacation or early retirement would be a better idea?
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and God bless you and your family now and always.

I would like to thank you for being our Angel. You and your family are always in our prayers. You blessed us with your wisdom and love for life. We’re glad that we had the privilege to have you come into our lives. God has blessed special people and you happen to be one. This prayer is a reminder of the person who has blessed us. Thank you with all of our sincere gratitude and love!

There are all kinds of thank you’s…All very sincere
For help or for gifts…Or for just being near
There are all kinds of thank you’s…For all kinds of things
But none could mean more…Than the thank you this brings.
Thank you very much.
Words seem so insignificant to express my gratitude.
So I’ll just say…I dearly love you and thank you so much.
God bless you and your family.
We’ll never forget you.
First of all, thank you for doing such a wonderful job representing me at the DMV… It is quite obvious to me that the outcome would have been dramatically different without your help. You are very good at what you do and I am very grateful for your representation.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for helping my son Geoff. Without you, I would have been lost. Even though he’s of age and I wanted to box him between the ears, he’s still my son. And I’m so thankful no one was hurt and he is safe. He still has a lot to learn and experience in his life. I’m very thankful for the people who have come in to our lives and reached out a hand. Thank you again.
I have spoken with our son on the latest positive developments in the case that you are handling for him. I also wish to convey my most sincere gratitude for the way you are dealing with his situation – very practical, realistic, thorough and caring with professionalism of the highest standard. You both have established an attorney-client relationship that makes him feel comfortable and confident. Congratulations to both of you.
As parents going through the emotional turmoil with our son, we are happy that we were blest with such a capable defender and advocate for him. And I will of course spread the good word. May the Great Spirit touch you and your family in the kindest way. Thank you and congratulations again on your performance!
I’m writing this on Thursday before we know what gives. But what I do know is having you in my corner fighting for me is all I need. You’re the best.
It would be easier to take the light right out of the moon than to find the words to say how much I appreciate you…How grateful I am…Thank you so much for your efforts in what you did for me. I really appreciate it! Please thank your secretary also!
I have worked in law enforcement for more than 20 years. For 3 years, I was assigned to Court Services Bureau for the largest Sheriff’s Department in the United States. This basically means I was assigned to various courtrooms as a Bailiff. As a member of a Superior Court staff, I have dealt with many attorneys and law firms. I do not believe you will find a more caring, compassionate, educated, experienced or professional attorney than Mr. Paul Takakjian or his law firm Takakjian & Sitkoff.
After more than 2 decades in law enforcement, you can bet I did my research prior to seeking his assistance. I can assure you that I was not disappointed. He definitely lives up to the reputation, which precedes him.
I was in need of an attorney concerning false allegations by three (3) of my city police officers. I was lucky enough that I chose Mr. Takakjian as my lawyer to represent me in this matter. Mr. Takakjian listened to my statements of the facts, and contacted every witness that I provided him. He also made sure the District Attorney and the City Police knew that he was not going to let their false allegations stand up in court and convict someone that in no way warranted their documented lies that three officers wrote on the police reports. Mr. Takakjian was in constant communication with me concerning my case by e-mails, phone calls and greeted me personally at each court date to explain where my case stood my options. He let me know that he believed in my case, and that he would do his upmost to make sure the officers would not get away with their lies. Again, at every one of my court dates he made it very, very clear to the court and DA that he was there to fight on my behalf. I could make this a long drawn out review; however, I will not, and just say that if anyone is in need of a Criminal Defense Attorney, I just hope they would at least contact Paul Takakjian for consultation. I would just like to say, that I learned firsthand that sometimes bad and unjust events happen in one’s life, and our Criminal Justice System does not always get all the facts or the true facts and administer decisions by what is on a police report. Innocent people sometime do get accused in our court system. Mr. Takakjian was there to represent me and challenge the reports and DA’s case against me. In conclusion, all of the false charges were dismissed, no fines or court fees. And to this day, I know this outcome was only possible, by me having an attorney that believed in me and showed he was willing to fight in my behalf. I think Mr. Takakjian is exactly who you want if you are ever in need of this form of legal representation.
Most amazing lawyer I have ever had! He is so good, I wanted to pay him more when we were done!
